Cancellation Policy
- After confirming a tour/holiday package, the passenger/traveller can cancel their booking as per the terms and conditions of the PAQ Trips private limited.
- Cancellation charges will also be applied for any extra services availed including extra night accommodations etc prior to, during, and after the tour.
- for cancellations in the tour/Holiday package bookings, PAQ Trips private limited will follow the cancellation policy of the hotel and the land service providers involved in the booking process.
- In the event of any natural calamity/disaster or unprecedented political unrest, if any changes need to be done in the Holiday packages, refunds, if any, will be at the discretion of relevant service providers.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel any Tour/holiday package prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such case, the money paid will be fully refunded in Indian currency (INR) only, but no compensation shall be payable.
- PAQ Trips private limited reserves the right to amend or cancel travel arrangements at any point of time.
- if, PAQ Trips private limited is unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, the liability will be limited to the cost of travel arrangements.
- There will be no partial refunds provided for any unused services on the tour.
- PAQ Trips private limited has set up standard cancellation policy and may also vary from package to package, period of travel, from airline to airline depending on airline used for booking and also destination to destination. Customers are advised to check and understand the cancellation policies particular to the Holiday package to be booked.
CANCELLATION MADE 45 DAYS OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
- In cases where cancellation is made 45 days or more days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 25% of the package cost which will be considered as a cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION MADE 22 TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
- In cases where cancellation is made 22 to 30 days prior to departure, the customer will have to incur 50% of the package cost as a cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION MADE 16 TO 29 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
- In cases where cancellation is made 16 to 29 days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 75% of the package cost as a cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION MADE 15 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
- In cases where cancellation is made 15 days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 75% of the package cost which he will have to bear as a cancellation fees.
FOR CANCELLATIONS RELATED TO FLIGHT TICKETS
- It should be remembered that PAQ Trips is not responsible for the cancellation of flight tickets, as the policies surrounding them are strictly governed by the cancellation policies of the respective airlines. Any service booked by the customer of a non-refundable nature will remain non-refundable irrespective of the cancellation stage, following which the customer will have to incur the full costs of the cancellation.
- For any cancellations in flight bookings, PAQ Trips private limited will follow the terms and conditions of respective flights.
- In case of Cruise cancellations, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be non-refundable, irrespective of the time of cancellation. The PAQ Trips private limited shall not be held responsible for any extra cost or any fees relating to the issuance/cancellation of air tickets or any other arrangements not done through the company.
- As the services are booked several months before in advance, cancellation of such services results in the Company losing money depending upon the time of cancellation provided by the Supplier. Hence, any cancellation of tour / services booked will attract cancellation policy specified.
- Cancellation of tours / services has to be in writing and clearly mentioning reasons for cancellation. In such a case, you expressly agree to the terms and conditions.
- The company reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit, in case of any cancellations. The cancellation charges shall apply irrespective of any reason for the cancellation of bookings. It is requested to understand and acknowledge that these charges are a genuine pre-estimate of the loss/damages that the PAQ Trips suffers on account of cancellation, and these loss/damages are ‘liquidated damages’ in legal context, which are payable without proof of actual damages. Clients agree not to dispute such cancellation charges, when you make any cancellation.
- Each package has its own specific cancellation policy which will supersede the general cancellation policy of the PAQ Trips, in case of a tour cancellation.
- If PAQ Trips private limited is unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, our liability in all cases shall be limited to the costs of your travel arrangements.
- In case your travel arrangements are affected by bad weather conditions or any unforeseeable circumstance, PAQ Trips private limited will provide alternate dates for the package, if the tour/holiday package has not already begun.
- PAQ Trips private limited will try its best to address any alteration in your outward/return flights by less than 12 hours like changes in aircraft type or accommodation.
Cancellation in case of visa rejection
- There shall be no refund in case of visa rejection.
- If in case the customer is unable to travel on the tour booked, because of rejection of visas by the concerned embassy, the said customer has the option to postpone the tour to any other future date or transfer the tour to any other tour and in such case the transfer fee for the transfer of the tour shall apply.
Dispute
In case of disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in DELHI shall apply.
- PAQ TRIPS PRIVATE LIMITED is engaged in the business of conducting tour and travel services, holiday packages and does not control or operate any airline, neither own or control any hotel, transport, restaurant, or any other service.
- PAQ TRIPS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible for any delay, improper service provided by any agency, airline, hotel, any provider of services, for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotel, airlines, tour operators who are PAQ TRIPS PRIVATE LIMITED independent contractors.
- We request all the customers to review travel warnings, announcements, advisories and prohibitions issued by the relevant authorities and governments prior to confirming their international bookings with PAQ TRIPS PRIVATE LIMITED.
- PAQ TRIPS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to amend, withdraw any holiday package without any prior notice.
- The taxes mentioned in the holiday packages are subject to revision in case of any change.
- All the customers are advised to check and verify their booking once they receive the e-mail of confirmation of their bookings from PAQ TRIPS PRIVATE LIMITED. Please contact us if there is any incorrect or incomplete information. In case of any changes, certain elements of the holiday package are non-refundable.
- PAQ TRIPS PRIVATE LIMITED cannot be held responsible if inaccuracies are not notified by the passenger/traveller within 24 hour of the booking confirmation.
- The images used in the holiday package on our website are for representational purpose only.
- PAQ TRIPS PRIVATE LIMITED has taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information on its website at the time of compilation. However, as this information is supplied by authorized tour/cruise operators, accommodation and other service providers. PAQ TRIPS PRIVATE LIMITED accepts no responsibility for any inaccurate description or inaccuracy mentioned in the package or on the website.
Offers:
- If you are applying an offer while –purchasing the holiday package or the bookings, then it will be subject to terms and conditions of the offer. One Offers cannot be clubbed with other offer on PAQ TRIPS PRIVATE LIMITED.
- PAQ TRIPS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to amend or withdraw an offer at any time without prior intimation.
- In case of disputes, decision of PAQ TRIPS PRIVATE LIMITED will be final and binding.
