PAQ Trips shall not be liable for such refusal of service.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receipt from the service provider and as per their policies.
Travelers must comply with all SOPs, advisories, and travel regulations issued by central/state authorities.

PAQ Trips shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or death arising from activities such as adventure sports, ferry rides, amusement parks, sightseeing, or any optional activity undertaken by the traveler during the tour.
Miscellaneous
PAQ Trips reserves the right to withdraw a customer from a tour if their behavior affects the safety or enjoyment of others.
Transfer from one tour to another prior to departure will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking, and cancellation charges will apply.
