Payment Policy

At PAQ Trips, we follow a transparent and structured payment policy to ensure smooth planning and timely confirmation of all travel services. Clients are requested to carefully review and adhere to the payment terms outlined below.

Advance payments are mandatory to confirm bookings and secure travel services such as flights, hotels, and other non-refundable components.

Payment Schedule Based on Departure Date

       45 Days or More Before Departure

  • A minimum of 25% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.

  • This payment must be made at least 45 days prior to the departure date.

  • In case of flight bookings or non-refundable services, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

       30 to 44 Days Before Departure

  • A minimum of 50% of the total package cost must be paid to confirm the booking.

  • For flight tickets and non-refundable services, 100% advance payment is mandatory.

      16 to 29 Days Before Departure

  • A minimum of 75% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.

  • For flight issuance and other non-refundable services, full payment (100%) must be made at the time of booking.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of payment.

  • Non-refundable services, once confirmed, cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Failure to make payments within the specified timelines may result in booking cancellation without prior notice.

  • Final payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
