Refund Policy
At PAQ Trips, refunds are governed by the terms outlined below. All refund requests are processed strictly in accordance with supplier policies and company guidelines.
Refund Eligibility & Processing
PAQ Trips reserves the right to determine the refundable amount in the event of cancellation or modification of a tour or holiday package.
Refund amounts depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, number of travelers, supplier cancellation policies (airlines, hotels, transport providers, etc.), and the stage at which the cancellation is made.
The company’s decision regarding the refundable amount shall be final and binding.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds involving third-party suppliers such as airlines, cruises, or overseas vendors may take 30 to 90 working days, depending on their individual policies.
Tour Changes & Transfers
Any request to transfer from one tour or holiday package to another before departure will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking.
Cancellation charges will apply as per the applicable cancellation policy, and a new booking will be created at the prevailing rates.
No-Refund Situations
No refunds shall be provided under the following circumstances:
If the traveler fails to reach or join the tour at the scheduled place of departure due to reasons such as loss of baggage, travel documents, visa issues, or personal delays.
If the traveler cancels the tour after using air tickets, pre-tour arrangements, or any part of the booked services.
For unused or partially used services, including but not limited to airline tickets, hotel stays, meals, transfers, or sightseeing services.
Foreign Exchange Refunds
Refunds related to the foreign exchange component of a tour will be processed only in Indian Rupees (INR).
The exchange rate applicable will be the prevailing rate in India at the time of refund processing.
Important Note
PAQ Trips acts as a facilitator between customers and service providers. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by third-party suppliers and are beyond the direct control of PAQ Trips.
