As you ascend to the 5th station (weather permitting), the majesty of the mountain will take your breath away. The crisp mountain air and serene surroundings offer a moment of reflection.
After a hearty Indian lunch, the adventure continues to Hakone, known for its hot springs and stunning vistas. Owakudani Valley offers volcanic views and the scent of sulfur, reminding you of the Earth’s raw power.

The client is bound by the following terms and conditions regarding the payment policy associated with PAQ Trips and is expected to respect and adhere to them at all times. Advance payments, in certain cases, have to be made to ensure the efficient delivery of our travel services. The rules and regulations concerning the payment policy are mentioned below.
- For 45 or more days prior to departure
The customer will have to pay 25% of the package cost to ensure the confirmation of his booking. However, this payment has to be made by the customer 45 days prior to the departure of the journey. In case of issuance of flight and non-refundable services, the customer will have to deposit 100% advance to avail the mentioned services.
- For 30 to 44 days prior to departure
The customer is required to pay 50% of the package cost to ensure the confirmation of his booking, in cases where bookings are made 30 to 44 days prior to the departure. Issuance of flight and non-refundable services require the customer to deposit 100% advance to avail the services mentioned
- For 16 to 29 days prior to departure
Bookings which are made by the customer 16 to 29 days prior to departure will require the customer to deposit 75% of the package cost to ensure the confirmation of his booking. For the issuance of flight and non-refundable services for the said time period, 100% advance needs to be deposited.
- For 15 days or less prior to the departure
Customers who make bookings within 15 days or less prior to departure will have to bear 100% of the package cost for the confirmation of his booking.
Cancellation Policy
In all matters related to cancellation of policy, the customer is bound by the following terms and conditions of the cancellation policy and expected to adhere to the rules and regulations mentioned therein. The amount of package cost to be borne by the customer will depend on the cancellation stages, which depends on the number of days before the departure date.
- Cancellation made 45 days or more days prior to departure
In cases where cancellation is made 45 days or more days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 25% of the package cost which will be considered as a penalty.
- Cancellation made 22 to 30 days prior to departure
In cases where cancellation is made 22 to 30 days prior to departure, the customer will have to incur 50% of the package cost as a form of penalty.
- Cancellation made 16 to 29 days prior to departure
In cases where cancellation is made 16 to 29 days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 75% of the package cost as a penalty on cancellation.
- Cancellation made 15 days prior to departure
In cases where cancellation is made 15 days prior to departure, the customer will have to bear 75% of the package cost which he will have to bear as a penalty.
For cancellations related to Flight tickets
It should be remembered that PAQ Trips is not responsible for the cancellation of flight tickets, as the policies surrounding them are strictly governed by the cancellation policies of the respective airlines. Any service booked by the customer of a non-refundable nature will remain non-refundable irrespective of the cancellation stage, following which the customer will have to incur the full costs of the cancellation and PAQ TRIPS will not be liable for any such losses.
If any case, customer wanted to go ahead and cancel any bookings or tour package booked by PAQ TRIPS, customer have to draft a e-mail directly to the concerned team on the mentioned below email address and hence forth, cancellation process will be taken forward as per cancellation policies. If in case, customer fails to inform us through mail regarding the cancellation, PAQ TRIPS will not be liable for any losses or charges.

Regarding termination of agreement
The customer should remember that PAQ Trips reserves the right to terminate this user agreement conditions at any given point of time for any particular reason, one of which is failure to comply with the related terms and conditions. PAQ Trips, upon the termination of this agreement, reserves the right to decide upon the future course of action as it seems fit, and thereby, all rights held by the customer shall cease to come into effect.
COVID-19 RELATED TERMS & CONDITIONS:
User agrees that due to recent outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, which has been declared as a national disaster by the Government of India, there may be instances, where the end service provider either cancels the booking or refuses to provide the services, as agreed with the User, by assigning or not assigning any specific reason for such refusal. Refusal of service may be due to the reasons including but not limited to the User:
- Exhibiting any symptoms associated with COVID 19.
- Refusing to comply with safety advisories, like wearing protective gear, complying with social distancing norms etc.
- suffering of any ailment making the User vulnerable to the virus
- posing a threat to the health and safety of others
In such cases PAQ TRIPS will assume no liability for the refusal of service by the end service provider. The User also agrees that refund, if any, for such bookings will be processed by PAQ TRIPS to the User subject to receipt of the same from the end service provider.
User further understands that due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the Central Government through its ministries, State Governments and statutory bodies have/may come up with detailed set of guidelines or standard operating procedure (SOP) that a traveler will have to follow in order to undertake the travel.
The User agrees to abide with all such guidelines/SOP while undertaking any travel. Failure to abide by such detailed set of guidelines/SOP, may lead to a situation where the service provider or any person authorized by the Central Government, State Government or statutory body may disallow the User to undertake the travel. In such circumstances, PAQ TRIPS will not be held liable for such refusal to travel and refund, if any, shall be strictly as per cancels the tour after using the air tickets or pre-tour arrangements or part thereof, it shall be treated as "no show" and there will be no refund whatsoever for the unutilized pre-tour or main tour services.
PAQ TRIPS cannot be held liable for any hazard to the health, safety and well-being of the User in the course of availing any or all activities including adventure sports, Amusement park & rides, ferry ride, sightseeing or any other activity that may pose a threat of death or injury taken up by the User as a part of the OBT or on his own while on the OBT. Any incidental damage or loss, injury, accident, death etc. suffered in the due course of any such activity shall be at the sole risk and liability of the User attributable to PAQ TRIPS.
MISCELLANEOUS
PAQ TRIPS reserve the right to withdraw tour membership of any User whose behavior is deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the outbound tour or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers. PAQ TRIPS shall not be liable for any damages due to such withdrawal.
A transfer from one tour to another prior to the departure of the originally booked tour will be treated as a cancellation of the original tour and would attract the cancellation charges as stated hereunder and a fresh booking would have to be made at the prevalent rates.
