Cancellation Policy
At PAQ Trips Private Limited, all cancellations are governed by the terms outlined below. Customers are advised to carefully review and understand the cancellation policy applicable to their selected tour or holiday package before making a booking.
General Cancellation Terms
After confirmation of a tour or holiday package, cancellations can be made subject to the terms and conditions of PAQ Trips Private Limited.
Cancellation charges will apply for all services booked, including additional services such as extra nights, add-ons, or upgrades, whether availed before, during, or after the tour.
PAQ Trips follows the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, cruise operators, and other land service providers involved in the booking.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the destination, travel period, airline used, and type of package. Customers are advised to review package-specific cancellation terms at the time of booking.
Cancellation Charges (Tour / Holiday Packages)
✔ 45 Days or More Before Departure
25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
✔ 22 to 30 Days Before Departure
50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
✔ 16 to 29 Days Before Departure
75% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
✔ 15 Days or Less Before Departure
75% or more of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees, depending on supplier policies.
✈️ Cancellations Related to Flights & Cruises
PAQ Trips does not control airline or cruise cancellation policies.
Flight ticket cancellations are governed strictly by the terms and conditions of the respective airlines.
Any non-refundable services, once booked, shall remain non-refundable irrespective of the stage of cancellation.
In case of cruise cancellations, 100% of the cruise cost is non-refundable, regardless of the time of cancellation.
PAQ Trips shall not be held responsible for any additional charges imposed by airlines, cruise operators, or third-party service providers.
Visa Rejection
No refunds shall be provided in case of visa rejection.
However, customers may opt to postpone the tour or transfer the booking to another available tour or future date, subject to applicable transfer fees and supplier conditions.
No Partial Refunds
No refunds shall be provided for unused or partially utilized services, including flights, hotels, meals, sightseeing, or transfers.
Failure to join the tour at the scheduled place and time of departure for any reason shall be treated as a no-show, and 100% cancellation charges will apply.
Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
In case of natural calamities, political unrest, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances, any refunds or changes will be subject to the policies of respective service providers.
If the tour has not commenced, PAQ Trips may offer alternate travel dates, subject to availability.
Company Rights & Liability
PAQ Trips Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend any tour or travel arrangement at any time prior to departure without assigning a reason.
In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded in Indian Rupees (INR) only, without any additional compensation.
The company’s liability, in all cases, shall be limited to the cost of the travel arrangements booked.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing, clearly stating the reason for cancellation.
Offers & Promotions
All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.
Offers cannot be combined with any other promotion.
PAQ Trips reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.
⚖️ Disclaimer & Jurisdiction
PAQ Trips Private Limited acts solely as a facilitator and does not own or operate airlines, hotels, transport services, or other suppliers.
The company shall not be liable for any delay, injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party service providers.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
